Although the program was reliable as it has always been, the software glitched and charged me several time when I made the purchase and it was never corrected. This combined with it not being available in stores, has me looking for a new option.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have been using H & R Block for the past 10 plus years and have no reason to change based on continued improvements to product and superior quality and service. Only recommend this product over all other.
