Issue with previous years tax return and could not use software to do amended return. Had to manually file amended return (using IRS forms on IRS website) and could not use the efile option.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I've used H&R Block tax programs for about 10 years and have been very happy with the programs. They have been easy to use and I appreciate the accuracy checks. The programs have been updated before I file with the latest information. The last couple of years with different COVID and impact checks have been a little confusing, and any further explanations about the forms needed and information about the items would be appreciated.
