I did my taxes through them. Filed and paid. Got a failure to pay response from the IRS and when I use the AI feature it does not help. Bring back the call line number. The AI is a great feature, but stop being cheap. There needs to be a call center because trying to get answers using the IRS call line is hopeless.

I got the package early but didn’t find out what that Merrill 1099s could not be imported until February. I really wanted a refund. Ended up inputting them manually. Roth conversions are not easily done.

Program worked as well as if not better than Turbo Tax... The fact that Turbo Tax required windows 11 was a nonstarter for me... Turbo Tax lost a long-time user.

The software is easy to use; menu-driven inputs and the ability to seamlessly absorb previous years' returns make the dreaded tax season a little less dreadful. Two negatives:
- It's nice that 5 federal returns can be filed for free, but downloading and filing state taxes can become expensive.
- Sometimes after completing the menus, the accuracy reviews take you to specific entries on forms, such as certifications regarding internet purchases. Not sure why these can't be handled in the normal interview process.
