It repeatedly highlights the same areas to review. It doesn't allow a preview of the printed documents. This in turn blocked the capability of printing missing pages.

Worked well. Effectively imported lat years results. Two problems …..state return could not be electronically filed in DC due to inability to transmit SC from I335 . That resulted in about 3 hrs work to print, collate, add the fed return, add all the supporting W2’s and 1099’s, and then deliver to post office where it was all sent by certified mail.
Second problem…..I spotted where automatic upload of data from my brokerage had resulted in my dividends duplicated…..would be nice if I got a flag when two entries were exactly the same number…..

good product easy to use. But at the end a glitch in the product required me to pay for the State filing (although) i bought the Fed/State package and then double charged me for it. And there was no clear and easy way to contact them to correct it.

It does an adequate job, but I needed to file an extension and it's not very good at that. The Federal extension was relatively straight forward, but the software said it would take me to my state extension once the federal was filed. It didn't. It kept putting me in a loop back to the Fed extension. I never figured out how to file the state extension electronically and ended up doing it manually. It also couldn't download my investment data from Fidelity. After several tries, I gave up and did that manually too.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
