Long time user and it's an easy-to-use product. Sometimes updates are slow and the connection to obtain status updates bog down. But overall, I like it better than Turbo Tax.

Program works pretty well overall. The first year is a challenge to get in all the details but after that the info carries over each year so that is very helpful.
