It is outrageous that the IRS has not yet implemented a direct filing service. Every other peer nation to the US has free direct filing! Should be coming to the US soon, and I cannot wait to see "services" like H&R block and TurboTax wither and die.
For what it's worth, this product sucks too. As much as I hate to say it (because Intuit is way more responsible for the lobbying that has entrenched us in PAYING to do our taxes) TurboTax is a far superior product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Missouri State Guidance Has Bugs, Federal In Doubt

The Missouri guidance is not aligned with several deductions and has missing forms. It took me three very long days of reworking the state to figure out the problem and fill out the MO-1040 forms manually. The experience cast doubt on the accuracy of the Federal forms.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I have used this product for years. It is easy to follow, importing documents and really doesn't take long to get the work done with the proper documents in hand. Even if you forget some documents, it is very good about letting you know what you may use or forgotten. Love using this.
