I ran into problems when I changed computers during tax season. I had to pay twice for the second state! Moreover, you can’t even load your taxes until you have installed the second state. Those problems are bad enough, but I turned to their chat AI for help. It’s labeled “AI” but I don’t think HRBlock understands the meaning of AI. It was completely useless and even looped like the pre AI chat bots used to do.

Product had several issues:
1) product downloaded financial day from Schwab then asked for error resolution on back-up worksheets. There were no instructions on how to resolve errors. I finally ignored the errors.
2) when it was time to file the state the state program would not download, it took several attempts before the state program downloaded. Frustrating!
3) print fount is too small for old eyes. You need to offer ability to increase font size by small degrees to make the instructions legible.
