I have been using for several years, and am still "learning" how to navigate the software. I don't always understand what it does or doesn't do. But am finally satisfied and trusting of results. It does take ma a lot of time.
Also, I made a suggestion about modification of software's download of previous return data, and I will wait to see if it happens.
