I entered my credit card information to pay for the processing as well as payment of my taxes. My federal taxes have not been paid. What happened? I also received an additional bill from the state asking gor more money. I need help in paying my federal since I gave not been charged yet

I have used this product for the past several years. I have a job and an am independent contractor on the side. The interview was very helpful in calculating business taxes. But it was very confusing with regard to the health insurance
