It was straightforward and fully meet our needs. My only complaint is the end process that directs you to errors, additional actions or warnings, in that, once you go through the warnings, you keep clicking and have to come to realize they keep displaying the same items until you figure out you just need to close ("X") out of it.

After I hit the button (on 4/14) to file taxes, it didn't work! I had to print out everything! It would have been better for me to do it all by hand! Guess I'll need to switch back to Turbo Tax next time!
