Your software would not download my brokerage account with OSAIC. THAT WAS GREATLY OFFSETTING, SO FOR THAT REASON I WILL NOT USE YOUR SOFTWARE FOR MY 2024 TAXES. BTW TURBOTAX/WOULDDOWNLOAD THIS INFORMATION.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

I was disappointed and annoyed at the bait and switch practice of charging extra for filling an extension. your box had printed the statement 5 returns. why isn't an extension counted as a return?

Your "North Carolina"-specific application had bothered to check to see if we owed any money to any state agency. As it happened, we owed UNC Healthcare $1,899.68 Wel done!! I thus have a caveat to add to my "Yes" response (you did not allow a "Maybe") - I would recommend it but I would tell my friend that it will NOT check on other debts owed....
