Love the product and have used it for years! One feature I couldn't find this year was being able to get a list of "My Forms" so I could open a particular form instead of roaming through the interview until I found the information I was looking for or printing the form in pdf format to see what it said.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used the software for a number of years. The questions asked during the preparation process are very helpful in assuring I don't miss something, especially if an unusual tax situation is involved.

Server issues for those using the installed software, which resulted in me having to print and file taxes on paper- extremely frustrating and disappointing
