Problem on sale of rental house in Block premium

I have been very happy with Block until last year. There was a problem getting the previous years taxes, It was looking in the wrong place and it seems to have lost my old return. In this years return I had sold a rental house and it didn't take me to a place to enter the depreciation. It just said go to and I had to search and compute the depreciation. Also it was difficult to find the phone number to help with problems

Is it as good as TurboTax? Almost. Main reason for the purchase was TY 2025 TurboTax was no longer compatible with Windows 10. I'm not buying a new computer just to do my taxes when the one I have works perfectly fine. User interface was pretty intuitive. Q and A format was easy enough to use. A couple of issues gave it a star off 5: (1) I didn't see a way of printing a blank form in the forms menu for manually testing a few tax scenarios (for IRA conversion and college expenses, for example), and (2) there was no method that I could see for TurboTax equivalent Student Information Worksheet for determining higher education expenses and their eligibility (or not) for Higher Education Credits and, specifically, for ESA and 529 (QTP) eligibility. So I had to do those calculations manually. Better than having to do ALL my tax calculations manually, but still a form would have been helpful. I used the worksheet form from my 2024 taxes and rewrote all the numbers to come up with a valid answer for the interview question regarding ESA and/or 529 withdrawals over and above eligible higher education expenses.
Additionally, since even though most TurboTax basic data from the year prior filled in, I still had to go through some wrangling for a rental property (only one). The depreciation schedule (or basis or values) didn't transfer so I had to mess with values of different assets with different useful lives and different depreciation methods (appliances, driveway, roof, etc.) to get best estimates of what I thought should be the correct amounts of depreciation for TY 2025.
If H&R Block Premium supports use on Windows 11 for TY 2026, I will probably use it again. If not, hard to say if I will stay with it or go back to TT.

A the AMEND Process is nearly imposibile to use

I have been using tax cut for years and have had enormous difficulty this year since I needed to amend my filed return. to be honest with you the amend process is nearly impossible to use.
