I've used H&R software for years. Solid and dependable. I wish the software did a better job on SEHI. I've had to fill out the worksheet manually. The IRS has a new form 7206 for this starting in tax year 2023, but when I included that form in my return, the software would not let me efile my return. I had to delete that, fill out the SEHI worksheet manually, then I could efile my return. Hopefully this woks better for tax year 2024. SEHI is an important deduction for us.
Pros: Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works okay, but still sexist. Why do you assume the man is preparing the return? I find it insulting that with all your so called "intelligence," you can't figure out who you are referring to all the time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used H&R Block for years, but will never buy it again. It does not have the features I need. I have two State returns, and it will only do one, not the one I need.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used H&R block tax software for more than ten years. If you gather your income tax information throughout the year, filing taxes becomes uncomplicated. Much information carries over year by year and it is automatically inserted in your current tax filing. I trust the automatic review to keep me form making errors.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!
