Charged twice for state filing

I had to resubmit my e-file for a missed identify pin which the software did not prompt me for - and I got charged again for the state. Really not right!

The biggest problem I have with HRB software is that the screen view can not be enlarged. , making it very difficult to read the texts on the screen.

i typed an extensive review of your product right after i filed but deleted it. why? because you insisted i agree to you using my comments in your advertisements. nope. do not want to do that, even though i thought my feedback was cogent it was only intended for your company to get the opinion of a person who did accounting all his life and maybe to improve your product. i think i may go back to turbo tax.

Good for taxes but charges extra for extension

I have used this software for years and like that it includes five filings. However this year I needed to file an extension and suddenly the software wants an extra fee. Given this is the PREMIUM version and extensions are FREE to file, them charging extra is just greed. I just found the IRS free file option for an extension but it was silly to have to do that. Also the software cannot handle K-3 information just K-1. Quite the oversite for what they advertise as "Built for complex taxes, like 1099s". Guess not.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
