appears 1099 import support is missing

Overall experience was good. The biggest problem is that after installing the initial application, the subsequent updates never worked. It left DMGs in my system folder that I had to go in mannually, find them and click them to install. Also, adding the state return purchase did not work when I got to it and paid for it. Same problem. I had to manually get the DMG and click it to add the state return. MacOS 26.3.1 Mac mini (M2).
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Very comprehensive and easy to use. One concern is that when I submmitted my electronic tax documents using the software, and got printed version, there is no clear info that states that I do not need to send copies of the W-2 or equivalent forms (e.g., SS, retirement)
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
