I've been using this software for years and it always gets more complicated each year. one little question that you almost never notice changes everything and it's complicated to find the why to correct.
But maybe my biggest complaint is when I want to file a simple return it should be on 1 or 2 pages not 9.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
I would recommend this to a friend!

The calculations of my 2025 taxes went extremely well.
However the calculations for my projected 2026 taxes ran into a wall. It would not project my quarterly payments for 2026, and create my 1040-ES vouchers, because at line 40 in the worksheet it interpreted my tax owed incorrectly as a tax refund.
I could not fix this inside your software despite trying many different things so in the end I just took the number calculated online 40 of the worksheet, manually divided it by 4 to determine quarterly payments. Then went to the IRS download site and downloaded some vouchers for 2026 and manually filled them in so that I could pay my quarterly payments.
So even though you're software should be able to create and print out my 2026 quarterly vouchers it was not able to and I had to work around that broken feature.
Most disappointing was that it took over an hour on your help desk line trying to convince someone that it either needed to be a negative number or have parentheses around it to represent a negative number so the software could work correctly. They kept trying to have me read the notes under line 40 that stated if line 38 was greater or if line 39 was greater you do this or you do that. I kept trying to explain to them that the software couldn't read the notes online 40. The software needed line 40 to be negative if taxes were owed, so that it could function correctly.

Very difficult to get around on software. Thought some questions were redundant and confusing..Software seemed to be geared more for accountants. Language was very stiff and "matter of fact". Will go back to Turbo Tax next year and do my taxes online as you can no longer download with Turbo Tax,
