The steps are thorough, so that no required information is left out. The "Help" tabs and links throughout the program allow numerous informational tips explaining each step.

I am very happy with the software, except for one improvement I'd like to see: I receive both Social Security and its Canadian equivalent, Canada Pension. But the software doesn't give me a place to enter the Canada Pension information. Even a second form 1099-SSA would be okay.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
