Never have I worked with a software package that is so incredibly hard to use. It sends you off to do different steps and says Come back to the interview -what interview? It can't e-file some documents; it says, "We can't help you; see HR block, professional." What a joke. I can't believe I paid so much for this. Bad flow, poor design. This is NOT made for the consumer.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve used the software on a pc where it worked good but when using on my MacBook I couldn’t scroll down certain pages which limited my abilities on certain documents. Is there a glitch with the Mac software?
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have used HR Block for years and I have tried others. In my opinion, this Tax software is trusted and easy to use. My only disappointment is that when opening the form view, there is no ability to zoom in. There is a lot of wasted space on the sides of the forms and it would be nice for readability to be able to zoom in to the width of the screen.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

No good does not work not worth the price

Program suck paying extra does not provide easy access to the information or to the correct forms. Worthless; it would have been better to print the forms from IRS and use a pen.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I have used this for 3 years and have been very happy; however, it is not clear "at all" regarding K-1. I had to go to our CPA and they explain you do not cover it well.
