It was mostly helpful, but sent me for some more involved issues to the IRS documents. I would have preferred that HRB had more of the documents as part of its own knowledge base.

I have used this product for years. I like its price, but am not always happy with some of its features. Seems that one needs to have some knowledge of tax rules to be completely comfortable with the system. I am a retired CPA!!! In some cases, I eventually just made a wild guess as to the correct treatment.

Covered all the bases for me, this year was more complex than previous years for me but premium handled all of them. The aoftware does a great job of asking questions to uncover tax benefits I would probably have missed otherwise.
