The program on Windows 11 will not update, either automatically or manually or by downloading from the website. I can't efile because of it. I'm having to print out everything and mail it in. Very unhappy. I've used TaxCut for years and never had this problem or any other.

Have used H&R software for over a decade. Easy to use. My only complaint is that on a rare occasion it asks the user to look up something in the prior yr’s return instead of moving the information into the current yrs software algorithm

I had many problems with the program crashing (closing unexpectedly) when I would try to do the same things (import my w-2 and go to a specific part of the interview). Unfortunately that was still not functional in March, and the tech chat was unhelpful.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I used Turbo Tax for years. Then due to a bug in Turbo Tax I could not e-file my tax return. I had to print and mail my income tax return. Since then I have used H & R Block software to do my income tax.
