Very confusing and hard to use
on March 20, 2026

I never felt comfortable with the way the program operated that my information was being enter correctly. I had to keep pulling the total form up to check on the entry's. I will upgrade to win 11 next year and go back Turbo tax

Software has become easier and easier to use. I don't know why anyone would pay for tax preparation when this software allows anyone to do their own taxes. Especially now that the standard deductions are so high and itemizing has become a thing of the past.

Download issues every year, but once downloaded, it is excellent. After Download Windows Defender error message, I tried calling two different Support numbers and also used virtual assistant, but those were useless. I finally gave up, then tried to download again, and it worked fine and quickly.
