K1 does not allow for line 20 A more than one column. cannot get instructions for how to file on paper after hitting efile.....so stupid.. Finding another way to do my taxes after years of fighting this overly complex nanny like program

I've been using your software for more than 10 years and I have a complicated tax return that covers business ownership, self-employment, rental property ownership, investments in partnerships, etc. The software is great, BUT my continuing satisfaction with it hinges on whether or not you add support for an IRS tax form that will be required on 2026 tax returns for anyone who invested in Qualified Opportunity Zone real estate investments pursuant to new tax law passed in 2017. I can understand the reluctance to add support for these niche investments when the tax law was newly passed and potentially temporary in nature, but the law has since been extended and augmented and it's clearly here to stay. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE include support for IRS Forms 8996, 8997, and any other forms that will have to be filed for 2026 in connection with these investments.
Pros: Easy to prepare

No need to upgrade your computer with H&R Block

I have been using TurboTax for years, this year. I switched to H&R Block, a little harder to Manipulate. The software is not as easy as TurboTax, but a good second choice.

the font size is very small but can be enlarged by using CTRL AND SCROLL. the only problem is the right side of the information, including the NEXT box disappears when the print is enlarged because THE BOX ENCLOSING THE PRINT DOES NOT EXPAND. not only that, there is no sliding bar that can move the print over to view that which is hidden making the only way to see NEXT is to use cntrl and scroll to make it small. then...you repeat this process for EVERY SCREEN.

I bought this software specifically because it runs on Windows 10. I am happy with the results. I was able to upload my previous tax return, prepared by an accountant, in pdf format and the H&R Block software worked flawlessly. I am giving it a 4 star rating because the interview process did not work well for my situation. I have several odd forms and schedules and the interview made it very difficult for me to figure out how to produce them. I spent quite a bit of time with the Help chatbot to figure out how to produce the documents. I was successful in the end.
