Great until I had difficulty entering data on the 8283 form for stock donations to charity. Program would not let me indicate that it was a stock donation. Could not file electronically.

Generally easy to use on simple returns. But...

I have used your software for many years. I think it performs quite well, but there are problems with the info//help descriptions. They don't always explain what an item is. Also in the Oregon state return review I was asked to confirm household income. Nowhere is the tern "household" income used. Under the info, please give me a line number where that amount is found. What I thought was going to happen cause me to use an income in a rounded off number. When the amount of my return didn't react as I expected, I wanted to edit the number. I could not find how to go back. The review no longer show me the item. I found a line in a form that when I blanked it out, the item returned to the accuracy review.

Cons: Hard to prepare
