I was very upset to learn that your financial reports download option was no longer part of your software package. I’ve been using your product many years. And for this not to be mentioned until I had to call the help line. And no offer of a credit or discount I thought was in poor taste. I am very sad about how you treat customers.

Been a user of the software for over 10 years. Not easy to use and the AI help is pointless. Does not do a good job at explaining fields or questions that may be confusing to filers. Had to use outside chat agents to get clear advise on what to fill out. The connection to banks for import is inconsistent, wasted a lot of time.
