I have used this program for years. Very pleased. Sometimes, I contact the IRS if explanation is not clear. Normally, no need to do that.

You can buy the software, attempt to do your taxes, may be successful; but only after updates that can take days or weeks. I'm still waiting on an update to file my State taxes. Federal was filed, but had to wait for days for an update to do that. Not impressed.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
