For the first time felt like HR Block SW did not have proper integration and processing ability to import /download / access directly from financial institutions, W2 providers etc., given the fact that integrations have become lot more easier across the spectrum. Also errors do not clearly explain much. So a bit disappointed

Everything went well. Easy to follow and no surprises. Both state and federal were accepted and refunds were deposited as determined by the software. The biggest help is with my rental property year after year.

Zero stars, the product was difficult to use and did not take into account Section 754 deductions. The calculation process it used was delayed so you only recalculated after you left the page..
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

The usual software but this time the automatic withdrawal didnt happen on the day I told it to and therefore I paid my income tax on the 1040 twice!! It should’ve gone through thee day I told it to.
