My only issue with the tax program is that I was ready to file my taxes 3 weeks before you issued an upgrade in June that I needed to complete my taxes.

Missing forms (that were included on Turbo tax)

Overall, I like the program, but was greatly disappointed that the form I needed because my husband died this past year was not included in the download for the state of Arizona. I therefore had to hand file and delay my refund, which has still not come all because the proper form was not included and I couldn’t e-file !
My daughter also found that forms she needed were not included in the download.

Switched from TTax because it won't run on Win-10 and I wasn't going to buy a new PC or do taxes on line..
It was easy to download 2024 TT info to HRB an all went well. I did find HRB interface less intuitive to use ,perhaps using TT for 25+ years had something to due with it, but still, not as good as TT.
I don't understand, and don't like , the extra cost to Efile (is there any other way these days?). I will probably use again for 26 taxes if it runs on WIN10. Otherwise I will look elsewhere.
