I didn’t need the premium and could have used a lower cost version. I liked the Federal version but our state version lacked some needed detail for mailing in my Property Tax return. It didn’t specify which forms I needed to include.

I bought the Premium product this year, thinking it might be actually premium. I had a very small REIT dividend on a 1099 again this year, and the software said it was not necessarily supported. I have not seen this before. Several other warnings have me concerns. Seems like the product has gotten worse as time goes by.

I have been using H&R Block software for many years. I really wish there were more analytical tools. For example, there should be a year over year side by side comparison available. It would also be nice to be able to store everything in my MyBlock account.

I believe there is a flaw in your program. For the past 3 years, I have gotten a letter from the state of Ohio stating that the I am not eligible for the Ohio nonrefundable tax credit. I entered my 1099-r's correctly. There is something wrong because the program gives me this credit for Ohio, but the state says I can't take that. I am not happy.
