Very good product. Had one error that took several hours to resolve before I could submit my return. If error correction were easier I would give the product 5 Stars.

I’ve used your program for many years. It’s getting worse, not better. The “go to”gesture is so sensitive to whatever your preferred terminology is that it is useless for navigating. We tried to e-file but got hung up in endless loops of minor gaps we took way too long to “fix.” If your interview questions don’t relate to an entry, then don’t make it a requirement to enter into the form directly — unless you can easily override. We thought we had finally filed but the program didn’t complete and now we will pay a penalty for a week delay. YOU should pay that but of course there’s no proof created on your system. It went so far as having us create a pin so I thought we were done. No error message ever arrived. We only found out when we checked status and were shocked that it said we had not filed. Really awful

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
