It was a disaster. I was not able to input all of my expenses. Got to the bottom of a page and that was the end of room to add additional expenses. The program doesn't track expenses like schedule C does either. It is the most cumbersome and unwieldily program I have ever used. Coming back to a save return was miserable as well. All info on my wife and I had to be entered numerous times with Driver Licenses, etc. This is not the only tax software out there. Maybe I tray a different one next year.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Continued great tax preparation using this software. I have a moderately complicated tax return and the HR Block software is perfect for my situation. The interview feature works smoothly along with the import from the previous year helping to guide you through the tax prep process.

It worked, but not only could I not import BofA, but I could not import Merrill either. Fidelity, no problem. Some of the manual feeding I had to do for Merrill took me 4x longer to complete my filing.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
