appears 1099 import support is missing

I've used this program for more than 30 years. I still encounter details that are difficult to work through or things I expected the program to provide but didn't. Nevertheless, it has been fairly easy to navigate. For example, it does not retain the depreciation schedule first used to depreciate a property so now I have to carry a spreadsheet each year for the depreciation type and amounts of deductions. I originally expected the program to carry these details forward, but it doesn't.

The price of the product is good, which is why I've used it several years in a row, but I find it to be a bit buggy and incomplete. There are various places where the normal data entry route did not work and I had to key in information onto the forms. When I compare this software to the competitor that I used to use, it is definitely less intuitive and less 'finished'. It's harder to find things.
Cons: Hard to prepare
