We've used TurboTax for years which now seemed to have problems updating. Found H&R easy to use, user friendly in how questions were asked and was more effective in documenting unusual situations that we had.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Very difficult to use AI. Couldn't get help I needed, even after phone call (they just answer the phone). Company needs to update the product to include updated taxation info. for social security benefits.
