The program has a natural flow from one topic to the next. You are prompted by questions that expertly determine whether your circumstances require additional questions. There are ample hyperlinks to find your way to explanations, and instructions to help you find greater detail on a topic. You are able to maintain a pace through the topics, while being provided with more detailed information when needed. I haven't taken advantage of the extra tax support offered to purchasers, but having someone to connect with does provide me with a sense of comfort.

Poor description of product before purchase. It doesn't tell you if filing Federal is free or an additional charge. Be upfront. Also difficult to find where to view forms. It was unclear how to save a copy of my forms. I thought that I had saved them on a thumb drive. But when I brought it to the local library to print it it was a blank file. I had to bring my laptop to the library to print the form

I always trust the H&R Block Premium tax software. As a 1099 contractor, it makes preparing and filing easy! It brings in the previous year's data, so I don't have to look up the same info year after year. I mean, who remembers the square footage of your office space? TaxCut does! You simply answer the questions, enter the data, and it's all done! No need to pay an accountant! H&R Block will always be the tax software of this 1099 contractor!
