Great that it works with the older windows, only reason we made the switch from turbotax. Hard to figure out how to correct 2 errors because there is no support or explanation. Only figured out one of them by reading a lot online. Never could figure out the second issue but the tax return was accepted.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used this software for many years. This year saving my return as a PDF file has been changed and is now difficult whereas it was previously very simple and I found the new method unexpected and annoying.

Honestly not that helpful. I'm not sure what AI features are included, but they didn't deliver as advertised. I had to turn to Google multiple times to get my questions answered. I've been a loyal user for years, but I'm now considering switching. To make matters worse, my federal return was rejected because the software made an error, and I had to go in and fix it manually.

First, didn't allow to claim deduction on mini split that I had installed. Second, it lead to an IRS withdrawal both on my original tax filing and on my amended return. Waiting to get a refund on the original amount that was withdrawn. I've used HR block for taxes for probably 10 years but may experiment with something else next year.

There is a missing function of downloading stocks and options transactions from the brokerages, which is a big inconvenience for anybody, who has to deal with it.
