The AI help was a joke. AI was none existent. The help and processing of K-1s was none existent. I saw no improvement over prior years. Next year I will definitely look into other products.

Your pricing and marketing strategies are so misleading that I will not purchase your product again. I purchased your Premium edition based upon the representation that I would get 5 free federal filings and 1 free state. But it was a bait and switch. I was charged an additional fee to actually file my first state return and when I tried to get an extension for my second federal return, I was hit with yet another undisclosed fee. In the end, the add-ons ended up costing more than the original software.

Deciding to drop support for importing 1099-B from a major broker like Merrill Lynch is a deal breaker. Support for active stock traders was already bad - now its utterly useless. I was forced to move to TurboTax after many years of using H&R Block.
