Overall I found this product easy to navigate and helpful in the step by step process provided. I found the resolve issues aspect of the software to be confusing. The check takes you to specific line items. I needed the bigger picture first.

I bought this program that advertised the ability to prepare 6 tax returns. On October 15 I submitted my 6th return for e file and got a message I had exceeded my efile limit!!!!!I WAS NOT WARNED!!! I HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO FILE A TIMELY RETURN!!!!I. WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW 6 TAX RETURN BUT ONLY EFILE 5!!!! IM DISGUSTED!! COULD NOT FIND HELP ON YOUR SOLUTION CENTER AND NO PHONE NUMBER TO REACH A LIVE PERSON, ON OCTOBER THE 15TH !!!!!! NO EFILE SUPPORT!!!@

I have been using H&R desktop software for years and the ease of use is the best "feature" of this program. The step by step interviews and instructions are clear. You can use help to learn more about your tax return and specific provisions, as needed. You can review various forms as you input the data, if you'd like. I wish that the web version allowed the same amount of returns and efiles as the desktop version as I help my kids prep their returns...
