Program was faulty. No Q&A in Federal return for estimated state income tax payments. Online help was useless and no way to talk to a real person. Had to override form which prevented me from e-filing. Next year I’ll use TurboTax

I bought the premium version because it was supposed to support rental property income. It did not have interview questions that walked through that process and suggesting the correct forms to include. In addition the data checks did not clear once reviewed and acknowledged the were correct. Lastly the suggestions to resolve errors were not complete nor helpful. I have been ustax cut for over 10 years. I am considering changing to another software package with continued decrease in quality of the software.
Cons: Hard to prepare
