Feels like a bait and switch. Purchased federal w state, go through the whole process and at final step of submitting state was told that the state form was free but to e-file I had to pay more! If you say state is included, then include the state and filing the state

I've been using it for years. It's always current and updates constantly. I run a small business and have never had to pay an account. The program gives me suggestions and ways to improve. The first couple of years I did have my brother (a tax attorney) check my returns and he was surprised at how accurate. Highly recommended for almost anyone. Especially regular filers.

I did not like the repeated loop backs to look at catagories that I had previously completed. I found myself wasting a lot of time on this. I have to make a change and there was no place to add my related comments regarding an IRA Rollover I also spend a lot of time on trying to express a rollover vs a distribution.
A few times I had corrected my issues and then the software came back at me with more issues again, may being the same issues that I just attempted to resolve.
I decided to redo my taxes on a second form to get past issue or two that I could not resolve. This was another three plus hours
First time through I checked to file Federal only.. Later when I attempted to File State taxes I could not find this option. Frustrating.
