I have been using the H&R Block Premium tax software for almost 15 years. I continue to use it because it will download my previous return and I am familiar with the format. I have found some problems with it over the years, but nothing major. Just recently, I have developed macular degeneration, and the text is becoming difficult to see. Since there is no adjustment to the size of the text, I will have to discontinue using your program, unless you can offer a solution to my problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

terrible software all my information is correct and its not allowing me to e file . it insist on dumb reviews. I paid for business premium and it didt work i was given a regular return code. no refund for the extra $50 i paid

Software is pretty good,. Getting promised HR Block support when government contests the return is hopeless. The state of PA contested my return, which I think is correct. Getting support from HR Block to contest this back with PA is a waste of time. You can only reach software people who know nothing about taxes. Promised next steps never happen. It seems to be an impenetrable fortress keeping you from the people who should be able to help. It shouldn't be this hard.

This program makes filing your taxes so much easier. It really is a game changer. What would have taken me a day to do now is about 2 hours for a complicated return, and you don't have to be a CPA to use it.

Worst software in the history of software - especially the business version. DO NOT waste your time and money - it will only cause you immense grief and frustration. Makes TurboTax totally worth it in all ways.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
