Lacks Flexibility and Scalability

While this program meets my minimal needs, its presentation leaves much to be desired. For example, in most programs that I use, I have the option to adjust the scaling of text and graphics. In this program, however, I do not. I have to reset my whole computer scaling, which becomes greatly inconvenient.
Also, I am a volunteer Anglican priest who receives a housing allowance but no salary, and the program will not allow me to submit my return electronically without an entry in Box 1 of the W-2.
Finally, I had to spend almost an hour and a half with one of the program specialists because the entry information on the screen on which one's utility and housing expenses do not indicate that these are mandatory entries.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

your software is full of errors and your helping desk is useless , i filled next year if im still alive with another company im done with your messing software
