I had a couple problems with the software:
1. The Ohio state software was not included in my download but I called customer service and they emailed it to me.
2. When doing the Ohio state return, my medical insurance payments entered into software with my Social Security 1099 did not populate on the medical expense worksheet. I was able to manually enter.
3. My Fed tax was calculated on the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet but the software did not show or allow me to print that worksheet which is an important part of my tax return. I think this is a big problem with your software.

same software i used for years but seemingly harder to get thru in certain areas. some of the special forms where it asked for values it won't register them and u can't get out of the loop. it leaves u not being able to correctly complete the section.
the estimated tax section is poor as well. the program has your values that u just finished entering for the previous year but asks you for the estimated values for the upcoming year without giving u last years so u have to go assemble that data yourself instead of being able to modify last years numbers. previous years estimate of payments used to be close, last year was way off. could be worse but could be better a swell. I thought it might be me until a few friends had similar issues with it as well.

I have used H & R Block tax software for years. Each new edition fits seamlessly with the prior year. It brings forward excess deductions that may be usable this time around and keeps up with my rental depreciation as well. Life gets easier at tax time.

Dissatisfied for the second year in a row.

Second year in a row I have had problems with the software. Last year I was audited. This is the last year I will use HR Block and I have been using it for over 20 years.
Cons: Hard to prepare
