Very good tax software. There was one screen in the interview process that asked about mortgage interest, and the heading did not make it clear that it was for Schedule E deductions vs. Schedule A deductions. Otherwise it was clear and easy to complete our return.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I do not like that downloading the program is the only way I can get it. Often I have need to reload by program in prior years and I no longer have that ability even though I purchased the program. That sucks!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

We've been using this program for many years. Overall its been great. The last couple years it forces you thru certain parts of the interview even they dont apply. A little harder to use with retirement income now in play too.

I’ve used this software for many years as it works best for filings related to rental properties.
The criticism I have remains the same regarding depreciated asserts. The software obviously carries forward data from last year. All it should do is ask if I still have the item in use, then automatically calculate the depreciation amount for the current year. Instead, it forces me to step through details on each item even though nothing is allowed to change except end of use. I then have to look up the depreciation basis from the prior year and enter it. WHY??? That is not allowed to be changed per IRS rules. Quite wasting time and effort.

Generally easy to use in all aspects. However entering K-1 data is still very difficulty especially for line 20 item Z. The possible entries on the IRS forms do not seem to correspond with the entries on the K-2

Been noticing the program deteriorating over the last few years. The experience this year probably pushed me to try another company next year. AI help use useless unless you had basic questions. I also installed EV charging equipment this year only to find that the form that is filed on is not supported by the program (what?!?). Found a work-around on the internet, but that solution included a form that prevented e-filing. That was a bridge too far, and I'm out.
