Fair piece of tax software but how it handled the BBB Overtime tax exemption was not very good.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Verified Purchase:Yes
I am not eligible to receive Social Security income but the program insisted that I needed to report income that I did not have. I was able to override that but it was the same problem I had last year with this software. Also, I keep receiving emails saying that I have not completed my return but I also received messages saying that my return was submitted and accepted by the Internal Revenue Service. Which is it?

The program wasn’t easy to navigate if you had to go back to a previous interview topic. For that reason I’m not sure I will use it next year. Just like this survey, I have to agree to terms and conditions, but there’s no way to see the terms and conditions.

The Federal return was easy enough but the Arizona state sucked. The software for this program was terrible, I had to go to the state Department of Revenue to find the correct forms and had to manually calculate the credits and was unable to electronically file. What do I need you for if I have to do this myself? I have been using this software for a decade plus but it might be time for a change.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
