everything has been good. if you can impant the AI in the software so I constantly don't have to do a google search on a form. info provided on the app and by IRS is not for normal people.

Great Except City of Detroit/State Requirements

Love the software. Had been using TurboTax forever. However, it is never up to date with the City of Detroit/State of Michigan requirements, which causes audits every year.

Got me down some blind alleys that were hard to get out of. Problems getting info from financial institutions. So, a very painful experience, but not quite as horrible as I remember having with the primary competitor.

I’ve been using HRBlock for several years mainly for consistency. The program is fairly user friendly but not all info from previous years was input and had to be reentered. All IRS forms are there and it walks you through them. Easy to use self employed forms. Accuracy check is a little confusing.

Good software but you could allow us to NAME each copy of a form so when we have to go back to it, it is much easier to do. And the take me to portion is not fully indexed, you can NOT use take me to inorder to get to the portion where you insure your bank deposit (for refunds) is entered.
