I have always been a Turbo Tax user. However, they required Windows 11 this year which I do not have. So, I purchased H&R Block Premium 2025 which works on Windows 10. It was very easy to use and maneuver through, and it transferred the prior years data from Turbo Tax. Overall, I was very satisfied.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Had to manually send in New Jersey because your program couldn’t handle a simple K-1 on a rental property.
Pros: Easy to import documents

Gets worse every year.(the downloadable version)

I’ve used your sw for about 15years. I do the taxes for 6 of my family’s taxpayers. Each year the sw seems worse and worse. And the ai assistant is terrible, doesn’t address any of my concerns instead pointing me in silly directions. The sw seems to ask many question with very limited applicability but misses key issues likely important to many tax filers. And the warnings seem bugged.

Beware of the lack of transparency/support

This was a considerable burden in amount of completion time involved in due to the crude way required to toggle from screen to screen. Also the fact that any state credits of which there are now many due to the multitude of tax changes render the e-filing of state taxes null and void requiring a print out in which alternative printing is required so beware of this or you will waste a multitude of costly copy paper.

Charitable organization error code

I wanted to bring it to your attention of the mismatch of charitable organization Child Crisis Arizona code 10012. It's been giving an error for years. Their website and IRS website both confirm the code 10012, but this software does not accept it during the Accuracy review, and won't allow me to efile AZ state taxes. Please correct this error for future programs.
