USED H&R SOFTWARE FOR 2024 RETURNS AND IT WAS VERY CONFUSING. DECIDED TO GIVE IT ANOTHER CHANCE WITH MY 2025 RETURN AND MY EXPERIENCE WAS NO BETTER. PROBABLY WILL NOT USE NEXT YEAR.

I am upset about certain print failures. On printing the forms, it cuts some of them off short and it doesn't print the whole sheet on one page. The printing is faded on the lower part of the first sheet and faded on the upper portions of the second sheet. You don't have all of it on one sheet or a page break for two sheets.
