No path to report program bugs

Illinois rejected return because of a calculation bug in Form 1299-C.
There was no way to inform the developers.
I had to invent a work-around.

For a self-employed freelance musician, there simply is no better tax software (and I've tried several...even an accountant!). With multiple W-2s and 1099misc's, many itemized deductions PLUS a 1099R, H&R Block Premium/Self-employed makes it easy and quick.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS SOFTWARE FOR YEARS AND I HAVE NO PLANS OF SWITCHING TO ANOTHER. THIS PROGRAM GUIDES YOU THROUGH EACH SECTION AND IT IS EASY TO FOLLOW AND COMPLETE. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BUT I KNOW IF I WOULD I HAVE HR BLOCK BACKING ME.

Thank you, H&R Block, for making it so easy to prepare our tax returns. We have many investments, and the ever-changing income tax regulations could make tax preparation a nightmare!
