I like being able to import 1099 forms, so I was disappointed that I was unable to import Merrill Lynch documents. Other than that, the program seems to be accurate and easy to use.

It does the job. But if, for whatever reason, you need to do something other than just fill in the fields it presents to you, if can be hard to track down the correct process. And having the software released with a bug that prevented e-filing until it was patched, for a situation that wasn't new... that was an unforced error.

Code programming and bugs gotten worse and not planned well. Poor leadership….crappy software now and Turbo Tax worth it at double the cost not to deal with subpar product.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Pros: Gets the job done for an affordable price. Cheaper than TurboTax. It works on my MacBook that no longer runs TurboTax because of my OS.
Cons: The program isn’t as user friendly as I thought it would be. It also doesn’t save your work automatically. Try to use different colors because green and white are not the best for the eyes.

Bought in Feb of 26. Down load was easy. Completed taxes in March. It brought in my information from Turbo Tax 24 return very easily. Tax return was easy. My only concern is the estimated taxes for 26 is not as effortless as I would like. You have to bring your information in rather than editing information that is autofilled from
