I have used this softwear for over 10 years. I trust it filing for my taxes. It ask all the right questions to make sure I get all my deductions I was entitled to. I like that it check for errors and help me to correct them.

Software did a good job with the questions it asked. Was able to complete a fairly complicated ret urn with just a little effort. Sometimes it seemed a little hard to navigate. Otherwise, Great Job!

I bought premium this year because I had self-employment income for the first time. The interview questions were easy to follow and resulted in some of the self employment tax being refunded. Interview questions also made it clear I didn't qualify for a home office deduction.

The software was not guiding enough in the area of filing in two states. The reciprocity between MN and WI ended in 2020. There was little certainty that I had done this right. I had to call a CPA I know to discuss what results I should have expected
